Well-site equipment performs primary processing and/or metering of natural Gas and Oil before transportation to a central facility via pipeline or truck. These are typically stand-alone modules that require minimal utilities and operator attention. RTU's can be included to transmit data to operation's personnel.
Bridge Tech provides a full line of well-site production equipment including:
Modular designs provide value by reducing shipping costs and installation labor. Commissioning and start-up is simplified by having more work and testing completed in a controlled shop environment. The modules can be completely assembled with instrumentation and controls with all wiring and utilities terminated at skid edge for easy on-site hookup. Modules can include spill containment, drain/sump systems, building and grating work.
Bridge has extensive experience with cold weather designs. While steel materials rated for -20 F (-29C) are standard, -40 and -50 F mechanical designs are commonly provided.
Heat tracing can also be used for freeze protection for equipment in intermittent operation, Insulated and heated control shelters protect temperature sensitive equipment while complete metal buildings also provide security and shelter for operations staff in harsh environments.
All Bridge equipment has a cold-weather designs available. We do not take "Warm-Weather" equipment and insulate it; we provide equipment designed for cold weather service.
